Ambulance Services
Initially Qaswa Ambulance Service was started at limited scale aiming to provide ambulance services to certain areas but with huge positive response from people and volunteers we had expanded significantly within two years. Today Qaswa welfare organization has five ambulances which includes most modern and reliable equipment.
We had expanded our services to cater large areas including District Mirpur & Bhimber. During Covid 19 crisis our ambulances have reached even to border areas as well as far places.
Our ambulance service are available on a call and we pick patients from hospital or their home at no charges. The patient or his family can pay the driver if they want but we never ask for our service charges. This is only possible with the help of our donors who had great trust on us. We will keep up the free ambulance service and will keep it improving.
Welfare Services
Qaswa was started as an ambulance service with limited budget. With the help and trust of our donors we had expanded our services to server the community in various ways. From earthquake to covid 19 crisis Qaswa has initiated lots of programs to help the deserving people. That includes but not limited to food distribution, earthquake rehabilitation, financial assistance to people who were jobless during covid 19.
Qaswa had also started different programs to enable people to earn their living. One such example is Rickshaw/loader distribution that enabled many families to have a reliable source of earning.
During Earthquake Qaswa team had rushed to rescue the people, gave them food supplies and later on help many families to rebuild their homes.
During Covid 19 our team has spread awareness about the corona virus, distributed masks at very large scale specially passengers and in public transport. We had done disinfection spray to mosques, public places, hospitals and many other areas.
